10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 ct999f provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 ct999f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

10.3 ct999f's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made to ct999f by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ct999f's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by ct999f's own negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

11. Suspension and Termination
